After claiming the Premier League Player of the Year award for the 2014/15 season, Eden Hazard endured a torrid campaign last time around, but it's clear for all to see that he's still one of the leading players in England.

Hazard stepped things up towards the end of last season and has already stamped his mark on Euro 2016 with Belgium.
But what now? Does he really have a long-term future at Chelsea? Italy manager Antonio Conte will, of course, be the man to lead the Blues into a new era ahead of the 2016/17 campaign and it's surely unlikely that he will want to lose his most talented player.
Well, perhaps Spanish giants Real Madrid really could tempt him - and the Chelsea hierarchy - to move on.
According to the Mirror, the west London outfit are bracing themselves for a mega offer worth in the region of £75 million from the Bernabeu outfit.
Indeed, the report indicates that Zinedine Zidane and co. will offer £35m in cash and striker Alvaro Morata in exchange for Hazard.
Real, of course, recently inserted their buy-back clause for him, but it appears that they could be set to move him on in the pursuit of securing a profit. But, if the Mirror is to be believed, he could be used as bait in order to bring Hazard to Spain.
The report indicates that the Blues want to keep the Belgium international at the club despite his poor campaign. It's certainly going to be an interesting period for all involved and it's far from certain as to whether the Chelsea hierarchy would be interested in accepting the deal.
