Former Super Eagles forward Emmanuel Emenike took his pre-season goal tally to three when he scored a brace for Fenerbache in Wednesday’s 2-1 win over Panathinaikos.

The former Al Ain and West Ham star finished off a swift counter attack in the third minute from the right wing for the Yellow Canaries’ opener but his goal was cancelled out by Marcus Berg 20 minutes later.

The 2013 AFCON winner sealed his side’s second win in pre-season when he rounded a defender and the goalkeeper before firing a shot into an empty net for his second on the night in the 54th minute.

Fenerbache will take on French side Olympique Lyon on Saturday before travelling to Prague to face Sparta Prague three days later.

In Belgium, Brown Ideye scored his second pre-season goal for Olympiacos in their 3-2 win over Westerlo.

Ideye scored his side’s third goal in the 65th minute before the Belgians rallied back with two goals from Raphael Lecomte.
