Iwobi, Ramsey Set For Arsenal Return Against Southampton

Nigeria youngster, Alex Iwobi, could make a return from injury and feature against Southampton in Saturday’s English Premier League clash at the Emirates, Complete Sports Nigeria reports.

Another player who could also make a return from injury is Aaron Ramsey.

Both Iwobi and Ramsey got injured in Arsenal’s opening day 4-3 home defeat to Liverpool.

According to Arsene Wenger, both players are recuperating well but they will have to wait and see if they will be ready for the Saints.

“[Iwobi and Ramsey] are progressing well,” redlondon.net quoted Wenger as saying.

“Will it be immediately after the break [that they are back]? That’s what we will have to see.”
